You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or other legal basis required to use content submitted to Clippingstudio.
You must not use Clippingstudio to unlawfully copy, publish, distribute, or monetize copyrighted material.
Clippingstudio does not grant users rights to third-party content.
The fact that content is publicly available on the internet does not necessarily mean that it may be freely copied, edited, published, distributed, or monetized.
Users are responsible for determining whether they have the appropriate rights, licenses, permissions, or legal basis to use third-party content.

- Misuse third-party APIs
- Manipulate platform systems
- Distribute malware
- Commit fraud
- Impersonate another person

- Interfere with Clippingstudio's systems
- Attempt unauthorized access to Clippingstudio infrastructure
- Use the service in a way that may damage or disrupt connected platforms or services
Users must comply with the rules and policies of connected third-party services.

- TikTok Terms and Developer Policies
- Google and YouTube Terms
- Meta and Instagram Terms
Clippingstudio may restrict, disable, or remove functionality where required by a third-party platform, applicable law, or technical limitation.
Clippingstudio may use artificial intelligence to assist with:
- Video analysis
- Clip recommendations
- Transcription
- Content classification
- Content scoring
- Performance analysis
AI-generated recommendations may contain errors or inaccuracies.
Users remain responsible for reviewing content, recommendations, captions, edits, or other outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Clippingstudio does not guarantee:
- Views
- Engagement
- Virality
- Followers
- Revenue
- Monetization
- Ranking
- Reach
- Platform approval
Any analytics, scoring, ranking signals, or content recommendations are informational tools only.
Actual performance depends on many factors outside Clippingstudio's control.
We aim to keep Clippingstudio available and functional.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Technical failures
- Third-party API changes
- Platform outages
- Security issues
- Infrastructure changes
- Updates or technical improvements
Clippingstudio relies on certain third-party services.
We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, bans, policy changes, API limitations, or technical changes made by third-party platforms.
Third-party platforms may revoke or restrict API access independently of Clippingstudio.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Clippingstudio intellectual property to users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clippingstudio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from or related to:
- Loss of social media reach
- Lost revenue
- Deleted posts
- Account restrictions
- Account bans
- Third-party API failures
- Platform policy changes
- Content performance
- AI-generated recommendations
- Temporary service interruptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims, losses, or legal consequences resulting from their unlawful use of Clippingstudio, including infringement of third-party intellectual property rights.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features.
This may be necessary because of:

- Legal requirements

Continued use of Clippingstudio after changes become effective may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms where legally permitted.
